Modern and Classic

ITALIAN FOOD

Bello by Sandro Nardone has both classic Italian dishes as well as modern Italian food the way it’s made in Italy.  All pastas are made fresh in house every day in the open air kitchen.

Bello By Sandro Nardone — Authentic Italian

While many of us may think we know Italian food, it’s essential to recognize that some dishes we associate with Italy, such as chicken parmigiana, Fettuccini Alfredo, and pasta primavera, were invented in America and are not typically consumed in Italy.

At Bello, we aim to introduce the people of Orange County to a range of traditional Italian foods and modern and innovative culinary ideas from creative Italian chefs. As Californians, we have always been at the forefront of new food trends in America, and we are excited to share our passion for authentic Italian cuisine with our community. Join us and experience the flavors of Italy, both classic and contemporary.

Italian Cool

At Bello we want to have our customers enjoy a true Italian experience.  We hired an Italian designer and imported all of our artwork from Italy. In Italy, restaurants are not simply functional – they are unique works of art – we’ve feel that we’ve created something unlike anything ever done.
