We are offering you a sense of place, and a slice of what Modern Italian at Bello truly is through our chefs’ eyes. The menu will be hand crafted weekly and constantly featuring items from our larder and local farms, there are no choices or substitutions, just your chef host taking you on a one of a kind culinary journey which couldn’t happen anywhere else.

The following is a sample menu that gives a sense of what we are doing at Bello Chef’s Table. We offer an optional cocktail and wine pairing that is specifically designed to go with each course.

Who We Are

Zach Scherer runs Bello Chef’s Table in concert with Bello’s owner and Executive Chef, Sandro Nardone. Zach formerly ran special events at Big Canyon Country Club and was the Chef de Cuisine at the Playground.

Sandro Nardone is a native Italian whose family was in the restaurant business. He trained as a chef in Italy and learned modern Italian food techniques in several of Italy’s top restaurants.

 

How to Reserve

Available for parties of 2 – 6 guests, Thursday through Saturday evenings. Seven-day advance notice required. Reservations are non-cancellable. $150 per person for 12-to-14 courses, $240 with beverage pairings, plus tax and gratuity.
