We are scheduling regular special dinners  at Bello.

  • Some will be special wine dinners with winemakers or wine experts.

  • Some will be around a specific ingredient.

  • Some will feature a regional cuisine (e.g. Tuscany or Campania).

  • Some will be seasonal (e.g. Italian Holiday food).

  • Some will be with guest chefs from Orange County or Italy.
